Finding the right apartment in Istanbul can be challenging. At Buchomes, we want to make this process easier and more transparent. That’s why we’ve launched a new content series: “Where Are We Today?”
In this series, we visit our fully furnished apartments in different projects across the city and show you what it’s really like to live there. Instead of just browsing listings online, you get a real sense of the location, design, and lifestyle that come with each home.
The Areas Where Buchomes Apartments Are Located
Currently, most of our apartments are located in Kağıthane (Çeliktepe area) and Fatih (Haseki area). Soon, we’ll also be adding new homes in Haliç. Each of these neighborhoods appeals to different lifestyles:
Kağıthane: With easy metro access to Levent and Maslak business districts, it’s ideal for white-collar professionals and Erasmus students.
Fatih – Haseki: Close to Istanbul University and major hospitals, it’s a top choice for students and international guests coming for medical treatment.
Haliç (coming soon): Surrounded by historic areas and universities, it will be especially attractive for students.

Where Are We Today? - First Stop: Casada 9620
Our series kicks off at Casada 9620. Just minutes from Levent metro, with ready-to-move-in furnished apartments and access to social amenities, it’s perfect for both professionals and students.
What’s Next on the Tour?
We’ll also be visiting other popular projects where Buchomes offers apartments, such as Casada 9639, Net Levent, Grenenox, Istova, and Alya Teras. Each stop will give you a closer look at the unique advantages of living in these residences.
Why We Started This Series
Because choosing a home in Istanbul isn’t just about square meters. It’s about access to transportation, universities, hospitals, and lifestyle options. With “Where Are We Today?”, we want to give you an authentic look at where you might be living next.
📌 Stay tuned — your future home might be the one we visit today!
