Founded by Ahmet Uludağ in 2011, Vekil Real Estate Consultancy Company; While it was an institution providing real estate services, it added property management and technical service support with a rental guarantee system to its services in 2016. It became a joint-stock company in 2018 and by the end of 2023, it specialized in full property management of furnished apartments and increased its capacity to 120 apartments. By the end of 2024, it aims to increase the number of properties it manages with a rental guarantee system under the Buchomes brand to 150. Vekil Group's headquarters and office are in Istanbul 4.Levent.
